Go to 'My Controls' and look under 'Personal Profile.' Click 'Edit Signature' and paste the URL of your image in there in between the image tags. It should be like:
[img] insert URL here [/img]

You should be able to just right click the image and select properties. The URL will be in there so you can just highlight and copy it.
