Well, I don't want guys yelling near my face either if I'm watching live, but them being kicked out?

Absolute BS.

Earphones at the game? what do you mean

And why wouldn't you want guys yelling at the arena, I want all the fans to get into it for the Lakers. The few times I went I was one of the loudest people in my area.

And the tacos are good.

I meant use ear plugs (ugh, not earphones) only when they are yelling...

And I'm only playing devil's advocate in here...

Lumping all fans in the lower bowl as not "real" fans is b.s. as well.

Its like saying everyone in the 300's is a moronic ignorant thug. It's simply not true in any respect.

We sit down low when we go and its just as frenzied and loud down there as it is up top.

There's always spoil sports in the crowd no matter where you sit. These guys were standing at a low point in the game when nobody else was. Having guys freaking out the entire game over every tiny thing is annoying. Nobody in the upper level is constantly standing either.

Don't fool yourselves into thinking that just because the seats are better, the fans are worse.

There are jerks, loud, quiet, tame, wild and different kinds of people all over the arena.

This happens at Dodger games sometimes too, really sucks. People are standing and they're into the game and suddenly some damn folks will make a 8tichy comment to them to sit down or quiet down when the majority of the whole crowd is making noise and into the game and they're dead silent. It's ridiculous.

Under the specific circumstances that I mentioned, security should never come down to send them out. It's a judgement call. You gotta' use your common sense too. It's usually old people too, obviously, that are like that.

If the whole crowd is freaking out at an obviously exciting moment, then yeah nobody should listen to the squeaky minority that don't want to cheer with the crowd. But if its a normal game and standard stuff going on yet two guys are losing their gourds for no reason, disrupting everyone's view and enjoyment of the game, then something should be done.

This can happen either down low or up high.

In this specific case, the incident happened when the Jazz were making their run during the 4th quarter. If the crowd can't stand up and start cheering the Lakers on for that, something is wrong.

Sucks how the fans that were screaming and cheering had to be kicked out. Sure the guys at Staples they have to prevent any fights and stuff but damn this is wack.

All season and playoffs long in all years the crowd gets quiet when the opposition goes on a run.

Things aren't suddenly going to change.

Why they were actually kicked out - I don't know.

But surely, Laker fans just screaming at all points of the game would b e annoying to even the most die-hard of fans. The guys getting kicked out are leaving something out of the story.

NBA games lack atmosphere.

The Staples Center should be ENCOURAGING this sort of behaviour.

"NBA games lack atmosphere"

Have you been to a game, let alone a playoff game?

No they shouldn't allow boneheads to aimlessly scream constantly while the remainder of the crowd is mindful of the game situation. Moronic behavior is still annoying, no matter the passion or lack thereof behind it.

all people going to Laker Playoff games without the intent to root for the Lakers, should be thrown inside a giant blender.

They lack atmosphere to me and anyone who has seen a sports game outside the USA...

Go anywhere in Europe or South America and they have a better atmosphere than the NBA yet you don't see moronic behaviour (most of the time).
