Grizzles general manager Chris Wallace will be looking to shakeup the team's roster this summer, and says that there are no "untouchable" players.

"We need additional front-line talent," said Wallace on Thursday.

The four best players on the Memphis roster, O.J. Mayo, Rudy Gay, Marc Gasol and Mike Conley, are all under the age of 24.

"When you're a 24-win team, you don't have untouchables," said Wallace. "I promise, we're not resting on our laurels."

Maybe Mitch can pull off a Farmar/Morrison/Mbenga or something type trade for Mayo and Gasol. :D

I'd plow Vanessa Bryant.

Despite what has been said, Mayo is untouchable. I can see them letting Conley go. And as a side note or reply to a post above, the Lakers won't be dealing Brown and/or Ariza any day / decade soon.

However, this works and its intriguing...

Financially Feasible Trade

So? Would you?

Gives the Lakers a more than capable backup for years to come, gives the Grizz the point guard they've longed for and a slight project in an outside shooter. And both players Memphis acquires would come off of their books by next year's end.

It's not letting me view the trade =[

They won't let go of Mayo, and they shouldn't let go of Gasol.

Sorry - I should know better.

And yeah letting Gasol go is unlikely, but its fun to dream.

The trade was/is:

Jordan Farmar + Adam Morrison for Marc Gasol.
