now, i don't watch a lot of TV, it usually takes about 5 people who's opinion i trust to recommend one to me before i'll really start watching...i mostly watch sports related things. anyway, i've recently started watching this show, and i must say this show is hilarious. its probably more geared towards people in the mid twenties so i'm not sure if some of the younger crowd here would enjoy it, but its quickly becoming one of favorite shows now that i'm catching up with the first few seasons. neil patrick harris does a great job!

Great show. I've been watching since the beginning. I've turned a few friends and family to it, but still don't think it's getting the recognition it deserves. It was dubbed the new "Friends" when it first came out, but I think the writing is a lot funnier and more clever than Friends. The cool thing is that they put a lot of thought into the continuity, like something that may seem small one episode, may turn out to something important a few episodes down, or how their inside jokes stay relevant throughout.

And gotta love those Barneyisms. He's probably my favorite tv comedy character of all time..

I've heard great, great things about this show and have been told that because I'm a huge Friends fan, I'll love this show as well. I've yet to watch an episode, though. I need to get on that.
