Houston fans, during the game...

So far Lim's smart looks like going to prevail over the Lakers' athletism.

Blake and Meeks are going to get violated tonight icon_lol.gif

Rockets are taking control early.  Lakers getting bailed out by refs, early, too.

Ken Mauer is an old hand.  He knows what he's there to do.

you laker fans think when the officials help you, you're doing it yourself

thnx reff.

Um, guys, did you not read my scouting report? Let's not leave Blake open 3's. Any other Laker fine, not Blake.

How Metta World Peace is back from surgery is beyond me. Amazing.

while d-rose missed all 82 games for the bulls.

The Rockets are the most diverse team in the NBA.

Harden - black american

Parson - white american

Lin - asian american

Asik - White/turkish/foreginer

Smith - black americaan

_____

Bench

Delfino - white latino from argentina.

Garcia - Latino?

Beverly - black american

Jones - black american

The NBA is 80% black american, 10+ % mix black and another race, 9 % white, 1% latino/asian

I seriously hate pau gasol with all of my heart

He is the only person I could not imagine ever rooting for if he became a rocket

He is my Brett favre of basketball he could cure cancer and solve world hunger and I would still hate that guy

ncie pass Pau but you guys are too dumb to compete with us w/o Kobo!

Tmac looms in the 1st round.

refs trying to fix it for Lakers in the 4th and doing a good job of it

Steve Blake looks like a cartoon character

BS CALL!!!!

beverly the hot hand with 2 points still in game.

McHale riding Hot hand BEVERLY again.

SItting Harden and Lin at the same time. Guess he wants OKC

Mchale is the dumbest coach of all time. With Lin the Rockets was up 10 point since the 1st min of the 1st quarter. He benches Lin and Bev lets the lead go away.

Lakers up by 1. Mchale cost the Rockets so many close games. smh

it's the official who are fixing the game for the lakers, no one else

2 ill-advised 3s by Harden and Lin.  Poor decision making on both accounts by Harden.  We deserve 8th seed.

wtf is harden doing? waits till the shot clock is down to 3 secs and then passes it to parsons who gets his shot blocked... he **** needs to make his move earlier in shot clock...dumbass

Come on Harden... give up the ball. Absolutely killing the momentum right now.

Refs are gonna blow the whistle against us this quarter. Can't make mistakes. Dammit.

We can't let it get this close cuz we will not get the benefit of the calls

I EFFING HATE GASOLS DOUCHE ASS

Harden jacks up a shot again.

I think I'm gonna have a heart attack this is the most frustrating game eer

Eff it I'm making a stiff drink next timeout

Harden brick 3 coming up

After we get swept by OKC, fire McFail please!

I'm so gay for White LBJ... no homo!?! i
I let the whole bar know he the white LBJ

We def got this OT win

I know they want LA to win, but these refs are overdoing it.

I'm going to cry

I wish we could blame this loss on the refs, but we can't. They have been fairly fair so far

Well 4 and out in the playoffs

I only saw 2 bad calls by the refs. I'm sure we had some in our favor, too. I was expecting the refs to be much worse than this. Guess the jazz losing made refs irrelevant.

Lakers fans represent everything that I hate about America.

I hate this tho. If they didn't have games gifted to them like that golden state game (50fts to 16) we would still have the 7th seed

That shiz team doesn't deserve it. Bball is so corrupt and it annoys me that people don't understand it. Of course MBA wants the lakers in the playoffs over the jazz

I wanna punch a hole in my wall

I hate Laker fans... and they are everywhere...

^ McFail pics are hilarious.

made Pringles coaching seem legit.

his rotations are farout. he's the Bill Walton of coaches.

Don't tell me the fix wasn't IN.  The officials came out with a mission in the 4th.  They hit the Rockets with 5 fouls in the first three minutes, putting Lakers in the penalty and knocking the Rockets off stride badly.

I went to the main board once I saw that was obvious.  At least I can call it what it is on that board, and make the Laker fans deal with their crooked path to the playoffs this season.

You can't blame the coach or the players on this one.  They were assaulted over and over.  They were called for fouls when they should have gotten the calls.

An old, tired, unathletic jump shooting team got bailed out and carried by refs.  This was scripted and it was going to end this way.

LOL...that game was far from "fixed".  Harden just didn't deliver like he normally does.  And the Lakers played very well defensively when they had to.

I thought the Rockets did seem to get called for a lot of ticky tack fouls at the beginning of the 4th, but down the stretch the officiating was really quite solid. Harden bricked a lot of shots he usually makes while the Lakers' defense really picked up.

Ya because the refs called ticky tacks? These people are such morons, everytime dwight tried to get position that idiot Asik wrapped his arms around his chest, just because their center has no basketball IQ whatsoever doesnt mean the refs helped us

To me, when Harden is on the court, he drives and a foul is called. It has been like this since 2010.

Seems like Harden was looking for the foul, then his shot.

Yeah, the league is fixed, it wasn't the fact that Harden couldn't throw the ball in the ocean if he was standing on the beach. Dude went like 8 for 26 or something if I recall.

I see a lot of shots taken at Kobe when he puts up that many with a poor percentage (chucker, ball hog, etc). Maybe Houston fans ought to take a look at their own shooting guard and ask themselves if they feel the same way about him as they do Kobe.

No.. most actually sound JUST like them when we lose.  We aren't that different.   It's just that we ALSO talk the loudest when we win, and we sulk the heaviest when we lose.  That's why we'd be laughed at in threads on the internet similar to this one.

:)

Im sure you've been in many gameday threads where you read "REFS!!" "FIRE COACH" and "THIS (insert player) IS THE WORST EVER!! AMNESTY HIM!!"

Same old stuff different team.   I used to read that most online Lakers fans had a superior class cause we didn't badmouth other teams and believed it to an extent... till I realized they saved all the badmouthing and disrespect for their own team instead.

Some aren't like that at all though :) .. but others make me shake my head.

Now we don't go to THESE extremes that some of these fans do.. but we aren't that different either.

we are gonna murder the flakers. more important the home opener GSW @ LAC which I'm going to. icon_biggrin.gif

Nick Young talking more junk. No mercy, run the score up! Matt Barnes will likely punch Young and we should win by 20 plus, leaving Barkley to find dozens of ways to bash and discredit us.

Your expectations are high....hope we don't win by only 10-12, lol.

Tense we beat them by an average of 13.5 ppg last year WITH Kobe who torches us. Now no Kobe or Kaman, Gasol at center. We should wreck.

I hope we don't play down to the Lakers level tomorrow, if we play to our potential we will embarrass them.
