Unbelievable... Sitting here listening to our home arena chant "M-V-P" like a capacity crowd in Staples with us down. I am ashamed. This literally made me just drop my head.

Also, I realize more and more how justified I am in HATING Kobe. I HATE THAT MOTHER[expletive]ER WITH A PASSION. [expletive]ing manipulative, crybaby, fake-tough acting [expletive].

I also hate the [expletive]ing refs.

here's some more i found

Well, we've had bad moments before... Even this season, like the crowd cheering when the JR Smith hit the game-winner against us... But, tonight just really took pathetic to a whole new degree. That idiot I mentioned earlier in the yellow/gold shirt opposite the Lakers bench in the front row was working my nerves big time. Dude was more animated than any of our fans I've ever seen in our entire history. And I think our home arena essentially turning the game into an away game doesn't do us any favors with the refs either because whereas in a "home environment" they'd be more inclined to give us calls. But the louder those bandwagoning douches got, the more calls went the Lakers way in crunch time.

I just hate that.

But, thank you to the real fans who I heard trying to drown out the Faker douchers.

That said, the refs were atrocious tonight, but whats new. WTF does MKG have to do to go to the line. The Lakers basically fouled every time down the floor the last 5 minutes, then I counted two illegal screens that were worse than what Mullens got called for, then Kobe traveled twice, then flopped once, all of that in the last 5 minutes.

Its really remarkable how the league blatantly favors some teams

Dunlap really told the team to feed Mullens to close out the game. It's obvious. LOLcats at its best.

I have refrained from slamming Dunlap to this point. But he is starting to make me think about getting on the Fire Dunlap Banndwagon.

There's actually a chance this could be the last game of the PP-KG era if a trade goes through and if it is i want it to be a Laker butt whooping! GO CELTS!

I'm feeling like Pierce is going to go for 40 tonight

ummm... no.

For some reason I have a bad feeling about this game, particularly considering the embarrasment we gave them in last game. The saving grace for me is that Kobe was supernova in that game, and we still killed them.

We got lucky to survive early on with the horrible job the refs were doing, putting our players in foul trouble very quickly.

That said, Pierce was supernova himself... chances are it may not happen again, though playing in LA seems to bring out the best of Pierce at times.

I hope the Celtics win by so much that all the media can talk about afterwards is how the Lakers disrespected the legacy of Jerry Buss.

This game has bad news written all over it.

For starters, the lakers will be extremely emotional after the death of their beloved owner. They’re going to have some sort of tribute for him and a moment of silence before the game. What better way to honor Dr. Buss’ memory than by beating the hated Celtics? Add to that the fact the Celtics are coming off back to back road games coupled with the blow out two weeks ago, and we’re in for a potentially embarrassing loss. We’re 7 point dogs right now. I really hope we win this game and stick it to them on their “emotional night”. Dr. Buss was a great man and I honor his memory, but he was a royal pain in the a** to our Celtics. I’m glad his son is in charge now! There’s no doubt he’ll run them into the ground. Go Celtics!

I'm worried about this game. As others have said many of the Lakers will want to win one for Dr Buss. Kobe will get his points we all know that. The keys will be Nash and Howard. If AB and Lee can shut down Nash (and I believe they can) and KG can get inside Howard’s already fragile and lethargic mind (Paint your face clown!) then we can win this. Plus our bench owns theirs. Their bench is probably the suckiest bench to ever suck a sucker.

Celtics Win At the end of the day, there’s still a basketball game to be played after all the emotion.
Unless Kobe goes for 40 I can’t see LA winning. They can’t guard anybody and at this point with his multiple injuries Dwight Howard is less valuable to a team on the court right now than KG

I feel dirty saying this, but when it comes to death, I feel that I am obligated to give my condolences to the Laker Nation, and especially to his family.

no shame in that..the guy was a pioneer for the NBA… honestly it wasn’t for him.. we wouldn’t have had the great Lakers Celtics rivalry some of us had the pleasure of watching in the 80’s and arguably the greatest rivalry in all of sports..

Terrible defensive effort that quarter. This is not going to work.

I wish I could say it was effort. But there are a couple of mismatches (like Howard) that we're going to struggle against. We'll have to outscore them to win.

I always expect the free throw discrepency to be negative when we play the Evil ones, but to make up for that we need to play good D and rebound.
