"He kind of played like we hoped he would play," Jackson said. "We've seen him play that way in practices and we're waiting for him to get up in a game and start playing like that."
"He [Jackson] just told me to go out and play hard on both ends of the court, execute on both ends of the court and follow the game plan and everything is going to fall in place," Brown said. "That's what I've been trying to do."
"He's going to make a way for himself if he continues to play like that," Jackson said, referring to Tuesday night's game, in which Brown shot four for seven, collected two rebounds and played hard during his 11 minutes.
"We just have to give him some minutes just to see him get comfortable on the floor and learn his teammates and learn the offense like we want him to learn it."
