I'm wondering.. Is this what you call a reverse Psychology?

Is phil a graduate of bs psychology and philosophy and tries to manipulate other people??

How is he able to use mind games??? Examples please..

Are his mind schemes effective???

mind game: " i don't think andrew will make it for the end of the regular season, of course, there's progress, but he's just not trusting that knee. he runs, but no basketball activities...i'm wondering if he will be back before the playoffs"

the result: andrew trusting his knee, playing contact basketball to prove to phil he will be back, and he is ready to play now.

Phil also plays mind games with his players through the media, the only problem with that is that the older players, such as kobe, don't buy it anymore. Kobe bought it when he was young and got mad, but now he just says, 'that's phil'

the young players still buy it, example, andrew and his rehab.

mind games are manipulations, of people doing what you want them to do, without them knowing they are doing what you want.

mind games can go bad, example, kobe and shaq, kobe was immature and shaq had a huge ego. phil made sure kobe and shaq competed against each other. that won them 3 championships...but in the end it was a BIG mess that created a lot of animosity and bad reputations. and all was done by phil and his mind games.

He can see into the future and can manipulate time.

If you have random thoughts/questions, don't make new threads, put them in the random [lakers] thoughts thread.

He's the Zenmaster. He causes everyone around him to react to him. Mind games or not.

Yes.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work on players that doesn't have a brain (ie. Space Cadet and Kwame)...
