The division now comes down to Oakland and SD.
No offense, but no it doesn't. This just assures that SD wins the division more easily.

If Oakland gets a damn o-line and drafts well, they can take that div at 8-8
The Chargers are going to be much better. No way Oakland can win the division at 8-8.

The Chargers are gonna be better? I'd like to know how. LT is suddenly gonna get healthy? Shaun Alexander and about a million other RB's say otherwise.

They just need Khalif Barnes to pan out, and they will contend.

They went into last year with Rivers, Gates, and LT all playing hurt and Merriman not playing at all. They still managed to get into the playoffs and beat the Colts. And yeah, I believe that they can all get healthy by the start of the season and that will help immensely. Probably the biggest thing will be having Merriman back. Last year without him, the Chargers' D were never able to put enough pressure on the QB. Merriman can do that and that will make the entire defense much better.

But I heard the Broncos may go after Mark Sanchez in the draft.

Gates has been hurt for two seasons now. He isn't the same player he was back in 2006. LT isn't going to get better. Rivers, yeah, I think he will shine this season.
