The LeBron James for MVP campaign has officially kicked into gear with the Cavaliers releasing a website with the url of LeBronisReallyReallyReallyReallyReallyReallyGood.com.

The word 'really' is repeated six times to represent how many seasons James has played in the NBA.

I wouldn't really call him a "King" or "basketball god" yet, lakerfool. He's a great player with great talent and skills, but he has yet to win a championship.

I'd plow Vanessa Bryant.

I'm using it more as a figure of speech.

Here are the most telling stats

-In a Sports Illustrated poll of 190 NBA players, LeBron James was voted as the opposing player most players would want to be their teammate (32% of the vote, next closest received 13%).

-# Is on pace to become the first player in NBA history since blocks and steals became an official statistics in 1973-74 to total at least 2,000 points, 500 rebounds, 500 assists, 125 steals and 100 blocks.

-The Cavs own the best record against the Western Conference in the NBA (25-4).

-Cleveland won 16 games in the month of March (16-1), tying the record for most wins in a month in NBA history and becoming the 6th team in NBA history to accomplish the feat. The last team to accomplish this was San Antonio (16-0) in March 1996. The only other teams in NBA history were Detroit (16-1 in March 1989), Boston (16-1, March 1982), Los Angeles Lakers (16-0, December 1972) and Milwaukee (16-2, February 1971).

-
# With a PER ranking above 31.5, James is on pace to not only lead the league , but also have one of the top three seasons all-time (Michael Jordan currently owns the top four seasons: 1987-91).

-
# LeBron James finished March with 479 points, 152 rebounds and 143 assists. The only other player in NBA history to reach each of those totals in one month is Oscar Robertson, who did it in eight separate months, most recently in January 1965.
Gooden>> Lamar Odom. Mo Williams>> Ray Allen>> Gasol. Nene= Gasol.

Legler says Kobe is best player in the game by far.

Quote 11/12 has Legler quoted as saying Lebron is the best player in the league.

^ For what it's worth, I think Lebron is the MVP too. His team looks to finish with the best record. His statistics are phenomenal. The Cavs look to finish with home court advantage. The only thing Kobe holds over James is the two regular season victories, and that is not enough to offset Lebron's accomplishments. It's just too bad that the MVP trophy will be the only hardware Lebron walks away with this season, because we know who's winning the championship this year.

Agreed. I hate the MVP award, personally, but yeah. I don't even really see it close. LeBron is having a phenomenal season and anyone who disagrees is lying to themselves.

I think the Lakers can beat the Cavs in the finals IF that's the scenario.
I'll take Lakers over Cavs before Kobe over LeBron ANYDAY..

So, if LeBron is "The King" and "Basketball God", then what would MJ be ?
