we have looked bad but i think people are over reacting. we won our first 4 games of the road trip and everybody was all confident about our chances. now we can't win a championship just because of two games?

man nba/playoffs is all about match ups and some just work out this way

good thing for the lakers..they dominate the match ups that matter...i.e cleveland and boston ...orlando is a threat

Cavs will lose 2 games. No worries.

Love the optimistic!

What does Cavs losing 2 games do? We would need to win out and have them lose 3 games now.

Stop questioning people's loyalty to the team just because you were wrong about last season.

The Lakers are favorites to come out of the West, but they aren't clear-cut favorites to win it all, not anymore. Doesn't make me or anyone else less of a fan just because we admit that, it makes you less of a fan of the game because you don't want to admit it, or just don't know it.

Good Point. With a healthy Drew back along with Pau and LO, no way that old Cleveland frontcourt can contain them.

I could just take your IP and go find out what you said about the Lakers last season, if you'd like. I have guys that will do it for me on CL and LG, and pretty much any other board.

Telling me to shut my mouth is kinda funny, because it's something I probably need to suggest to you, before:

1) the members shut you up for questioning their loyalty, or
2) I shut you up, block you from accessing the board even as a guest, and erase any history you have as a member here (as well as any memory of it)

And this is me being extremely nice.

Lebron's not sucking...

LeBron is anti-sucking. :o

I quoted you to say it was 2 games, not 1, then I said "And" and continued meaning I wasn't just responding to the quoted text anymore. I didn't agree with the thread starter either. Lebron and Wade aren't gonna win 8 in a row unless they get together in NY....

honestly, 'bron and d-wade I see them dominating the league in the next ten years...

so if the lakers dont win it all now, they won't have that much momentum to kind of turn things around and be mired the rest of the way in 2nd place finish.. awwww.. plus chris paul is emerging.. I just think kobe's growing old and now and he's about to pass the torch

The Playoffs are different from the regular season.

In the playoffs everybody's record is 0-0
