^ I don't think you read my post. I didn't ask what more you want from Pau. I asked what more do you want from the fans.

I suppose. Pau Gasol is definitely having a better season then he did last year, I was just posting my thoughts.

Why do you continue to complain about Pau not getting any love? What do you want the fans to do to show you they love Pau?

People don't go crazy when Kobe scores 30 points. People prefer Bynum because he has the potential to be a franchise player and plays defense unlike Pau.

Stop crying because people like Bynum and Kobe more. Stop comparing Kobe and Pau. :nah:

Not all of us prefer Andrew to Pau. Some of us appreciate the players who are out there doing it and not living on potential and what if. Pau is a franchise player.

Pau played some defense last night. I haven't seen that in forever.

Great offensive game.

Kobe nailing 30 in a game isn't a big deal. When it happens, sometimes, I'm disappointed that he didn't get 40.

How many playoff games did Pau win with the Grizzlies? What did Pau do with the Grizzlies?

What is LA's record with him since he joined? How many playoff games would Memphis win with that superstar Bynum sitting on the sidelines with a knee injury? Comparing what Pau did at Memphis to what Bynum or even Pau has done at LA with Kobe is hardly a good tool to judge one by. At least after the game Thursday Phil didn't say Kwame outplayed Pau like he did earlier in the season when Detroit beat LA. He said Kwame outplayed Bynum. Just because everyone likes Drew is no reason to hate on Pau. That doesn't make any sense.

Yeah it's more of a story or wow factor when Kobe doesn't score 30 than when he does. Sad, but myself and most others take 30 by Kobe for granted. Must be nice to be that good.

Don't give Pau all the credit for the Lakers playing better after the trade. lol The Lakers were in first place before Bynum got injured. Pau is having a great season because he's playing with Kobe and Kobe makes the game easier for him. Pau didn't do crap in Memphis and he had better players around him, than Kobe had around him a few years ago. Kobe took a team with full of scrubs to game 7 against the Suns.

Just because certain people care more about one players doesn't mean it's ok to call out the other players on the team. It's stupid to compare Pau to Kobe.

Pau is the co-MVP, best Laker this year, he's already a future HOF, etc... are you guys happy now?

BTW, I like Pau. ;)

i agree but...
less than Roy, Tony Parker, Dwight Howard, Cp3, Yao, Ray Allen, james, Wade, and Bryant
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

I haven't compared Pau to Kobe. Sure Kobe makes it easier for Pau. Just as he does for Drew. Pau has more polished offensive skills right now than Drew so Kobe helps Drew every bit as much as he helps Pau.

nicely said. Last season there were 8 teams that had 50 wins or more. Denver made it to the playoffs with a 50-32 record. Lakers were 57-25. Considering the Lakers had Kwame at center and Bynum out I dont think the Lakers would have made the playoffs if it weren't for that amazing trade. http://www.youtube.c...re=channel_page :). AFter saying that, I don't really think its amazing when Kobe goes for 30 points since its expected. Pau Gasol is so consistent that its never really surprising but scoring 30 is pretty amazing for Gasol.
Mike Breen: Walton can tip it. Bryant with the save.
Hubie Brown: Oh you gotta get a shot here
Mike Breen: Final Seconds.. Bryant for the win, BANG!
