Lil' Wayne should be below Jeezy in terms of RAPPING ABILITY. If you were to make a list of charisma/entertainers, though he would be right behind 'Pac because we all know Biggie couldn't market himself for crap.

My Top 5 would be:

1. Tupac
2. BIG
3. Jay-Z
4. Jeezy
5. Weezy

This is taking marketability, rhyme, flow, etc. into consideration. Basically when looking at rappers as the total package instead of focusing on one characteristic.

Referee ni@@az is lame they call charging

- LIL WAYNE

All yall who hate Weezy need to listen to his mixtapes before you label him only as a pop artist

Not all that surprised that Wayne is #1.

Someone was bound to put him at the top anyway... just like for any other kinda list related to hip hop. <_<

as much as I dislike wayne's latest content (past 2-3 years), to say HE isnt HIPHOP is a blatant disrespect to the culture. What makes anyone in here more hip hop than Lil Wayne, or lil BOW wow for that matter. Hip hop isnt about who s the most UNDERGROUND, hip hop can be mass, and it can be SIMPLE, Wayne is still a lyrical beast when he tries and A MILLI can attest to that. AND , me being from theWEST , it's not only about the lyrics. EAZY E was hiphop, and he didnt even write rhymes. I dont get the logic on this site, when it relates to hip hop
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers
