LA can get Bynum, Wilt, Abdul-Jabbar and all the others back, but if Kobe continues to play like this LA isn't winning it this year. They will be lucky to get out of West unless he finds his stroke again. This isn't just one bad game for Kobe. Something has happened to his shot in most games for past couple of weeks.

What the [expletive] Lamar, why do we keep this nutless monkey.

Why did you call Odom a monkey?

LO and Kobe chocked.....

Only LO and Kobe? The whole team had a bad game.

Cleveland is now the favorites in winning it all this year.

Keep overreacting.

You're overreacting. Every player has a few bad games, including the great players.

Hmm, I'm not actually too worried about the Finals about whether or not we have HCA (assuming it's against the Cavs). Still would have been nice to have claimed it, though it seems out of reach now. Personally, I think we'll need the HCA against Boston, but against the Cavs, not so much. Just some weird gut feeling I guess...

I hope you're right. I am aware all players have a few bad games, but Kobe's shot has been off a lot lately. As I said, I am not talking about just this game. My fear is playing all summer is taking its toll on him. When a player is tired first thing that goes is jump shot. As I hope you are right. As far as overreacting, I see a lot of that in game threads, kind of thought that was what they are for...venting. Frustrating game today, but hey it's still just one loss in the standings. Go Lakers beat Bobcats

Agree, I don't want to fall below Boston, but Cavs don't worry me. If LA gets to finals that means they are playing well and probably means they have Drew back. If LA is playing well and has Drew back, Cavs don't worry me. As long as officials aren't hell bent on getting Lebron a title.

Every player in the NBA is tired right now. You guys need to remember that Kobe takes really good care of his body and his conditioning is great. He looks tired, but he's going to bounce back.

We don't need HCA to win the championship. We can beat any team in the NBA with a healthy Bynum.

something from Tropic Thunder. Im not racist.

I wanted you to explain your comment because I didn't want people to think you're a racist.

Everything is cool. ;)

I've seen it lately too. kobe's shot just doesn't seem to be falling. I don't know what it is but it's starting to worry me. Hopefully he get's that going again because this was another ugly game for him.

it was from Tropic Thunder, Tom Cruise was complimenting his assistant than saying that a nutless monkey could do his job.
