Our second unit should attack more.

Kobe must quit shooting and attack (if he doesn't who else will)

and as Magic had said, focus in on defense!

We'll be fine! :D

Before the Boston-LA christmas clash, we were very much alike.

We struggled against mediocre teams but stepped it up when it matters. I still believe... :)

One last thing: I know Kobe. After a poor performance, he follows it up with a great one.

Kobe will bounce back and his team will follow.

LeBron maybe the MVP, but for me Kobe is still the best.

Kobe will be fine. As an LA fan, there is no player I would rather have on this team. He has games like last night and you just have to accept it and move on. Kobe is the best player in the game. He probably won't win the MVP and maybe LeBron deserves it, I don't know nor really do I care. I would rather have Kobe. Any way, LA has to get the bench going though. One other thing, next season LA has to find a better backup center in case Bynum gets hurt again. They need an upgrade where Pau won't have to play so many minutes if that happens. They also need to keep Shannon around and think about letting Sun go back to China. He can't play and when Farmar went down he was no help at all to Fisher. I know some say he will be okay next year, but I have not seen anything to make me really believe that. He didn't even dominate in the D League. Keep Shannon, sign or trade for a better backup center and draft well. Try to bring back Odom and do bring back Ariza. All that for next year after LA wins the title this year. Go Lakers!

Laker fans should be calm but concerned at the same time. We are one of the top teams in the league. Thats the good news. The bad news is that this team continue to give up big leads. We have been lucky to end up getting many of the wins when leads are blown, but after what happened in the Finals last season, it pisses me off to see the team still doing this.

All it does is give every other team confidence to think even though they are down double digits, they can still come back because the Lakers will drop the intensity.

We dont have a 2nd unit anymore.....lol
Start of the season we had Odom, Ariza and farmar off the bench.
Now that Luke stepped down as a starter and Bynums still out we have Farmar, Sasha and Powell.
Sasha.....wtf happend to "the machine"? He cant make a shot to save his life lately. I hope he gets his shot back.
Powell..... hes played well. 17 and 9 when Odom was suspended and he contributes and hustles hard. But hes not like LO coming off the bench by any means.
But yea, they do gotta step up the perimeter defense. Thats still a problem but with Drew coming back it allows our gaurds to stretch out and play the perimeter more and worry less about helping our 2 bigs down low. That will help and also get us fast transition buckets from turnovers and missed long range shots..

Our second unit should attack more.

Kobe must quit shooting and attack (if he doesn't who else will)

and as Magic had said, focus in on defense!

We'll be fine! :D

If they do NOT play with that sense of urgency this late in the season the way Cleveland is then there's always a reason to worry. You know? last season was the same "don't worry" line. Even when Boston completely squashed our 20+ lead and went on to win that game in L.A.- same thing, "don't worry". It's gotta be a huge concern that this Laker team, the bench in particular, can not only step it up but plays so carelessly. It's not like this is some freak game and they lost touch with how they've played just recently. There game has been lacking for a bit now and instead of Kobe saying that everything'll be fine, as the team capo he needs to rip 'em a new [expletive] smush style.

There's already a "calm down" thread after last night's game.

Since this thread is redundant... I'm just gonna say

Damn did you see how clutch Lebron was once again? And that statline, and actually getting a win, against a good team.

If anyone is fine with our disappearing leads, they are way too optimistic.

To blow big leads one after another is something that needs to be concerning to all. The worst thing I see today is one reporter, I think his name is Earl Bloom, questioning LA getting rid of Chris Mihm since Pau's minutes are up. What part of Mihm was finished does some of these people not understand? Pau is playing too many minutes and so did Fisher earlier, but Mihm wouldn't have helped any more than Yue did earlier this year. Two wasted roster spots.
