Amazing how you would think Sasha was even a reason for this loss....

We're always giving up leads, it's been happening all season but we've been getting lucky coming out with wins. It was just a matter of time before we were gonna lose one. We'll be fine.

Disagree. Respectfully. But we CANNOT have that type of mentality where we'll be "just fine" because as competitive as everthing is starting to get we cannot let up. This Laker team by far, IMO is a far better team than Cleveland and Boston but Cleveland and Boston WANTS it. They're hungry- and this Laker team at this point, right now cannot get it together. It's easier to pass things like this up with a win no matter how bad you're playing i.e. Dallas. Tonight was bull- we should have won that game and have no one but ourselves to blame. We have to play like every offensive rebound and every turnover matters because in the long run- that'll cement our legacy into these playoffs and hopefully a championship

sasha was 2-4 2 assists and only one turnover which was that jump ball.....how can this loss at all be on sasha

Im not blaming him for the whole loss, Kobe, Jordan and Josh were terrible in the 4th as well but Vujacic was also a part and played bad D.

i will accept that sasha D this season is sub-par, but no way i watched the entire 4th quarter over again and saw nothing sasha did wrong....maybe 1% is his fault for tonights loss...

Oh your right he had no fault in Phillys 4th quarter run. Im a Farmar fan but im not going too deny when he plays bad, face the facts. Yes i like i stated before most of the team minus Pau and LO played bad today but you cant keep defending him like he has done anything today let alone all year.

I'm not blind and I am not afraid to say that my guy struggles, as Sasha has all season. But Sasha didn't even play enough in the 2nd half to make a difference. He had no shot attempts in the 4th and Kobe came in quite early. Sasha should have no blame for losing the game.

Ya, I completely agree 100%.

What I was saying though was basically, we needed this loss. We were getting lucky and winning, so "why change" was basically what L.A. was thinking. But a bad, nasty loss like tonight will wake them up. I believe we'll start playing better and closing games out.

You know what i'd like to see for one game maybe causing momentum to lead that into 2 games.. Every Laker player on the floor- PLAYING FOR A PURPOSE. If you notice lately our starters have been bailing us out like crazy.. same thing with the Cavs same thing with Boston- what I cannot grasp is we CLEARLY have a better team and we're playing like there's no sense of urgency. We have better team than any top contender in the west or the east. I dunno *sigh***....... don't mind me I'm buzzed.

didn't we have a 7-game home winning streak? cause if so we still haven't gotten to 8 whether it be overall or at home.

PLAY THE GAME, NOT THE SCORE. Phil needs some way to etch this into their brains, the bench especially. 10, 20, or even 30 point leads, there should be no such thing as a "comfortable lead" (unless our opponents clearly wave the white flag).

^ EXACTLY.. put a board of the Finals loss to Boston at home when they were up 20+ in the locker room

They tried that earlier this season. Fisher went up and wrote it on the board.

obviously its not working, come playoff time these leads we barely hold on to wont be so easy we need to learn to put teams away.

Blowing a 19 point lead to the Clippers is pathetic. Shame on our bench for blowing it, again. [expletive]ing Farmar, learn how to get inside, good things happen when you don't give up your dribble around the three point line.

I think one thing is obvious and Stu just hit on this on Lakers Live. Phil needs to quit his wholesale substituting. Sub in 1-2 players with the starters and never have 4-5 reserves on court at one time. It simply isn't working. I know when Drew comes back that will help with bench (whether he or Lamar comes off bench), but still I wouldn't do the wholesale deal. It simply isn't working. I was glad Stu said that after the game too.
