That's not exactly breaking news.

Haha, guess not.

And while home court is still very obviously up for grabs, my hope that we will have it at season's end is dwindling with each game...

Frankly, I'm not afraid of the Lakers going into Cleveland without home court advantage...

But going into Boston WITHOUT home court is a suicide...

I think we will get home court against Boston, if things don't go terribly wrong...

i'm confident that boston will beat cleveland in the ECF but if they don't we need HCA

cleveland plays some stout defense at home

keep in mind we were down 11 at the break and came back in the finals that wont happen

Has anyone even said anything like "HCA is lost. We have no hope." You're preaching to the choir here. We ALL know HCA is still up for grabs. The fact is though that Cleveland is in control. They need to lose for us gain back HCA, and since we no longer play them, we have no control over whether they lose anymore games.

I know we will... that's why I'm not worried... We're CLEARLY the better team vs. Cavs... between Kobe and Ariza, we got LBJ down. As long as Bynum is back by finals, they're DEAD MEAT.

Celtics on the other hand... those guys are ROUGH and TOUGH.

Besides... we all know LBJ is going to take the MVP home this season... it was handed to him first month of the season...

Can you IMAGINE what Kobe will do in the finals against him if LBJ takes home the regular season MVP???

LA is 5-4 in its last 9 games. I think that is what has LA fans concerned.

I'm not super worried, just concerned.

All I'm focused on right now is staying healthy and beating the teams we should beat.

(If we reach the Finals) Whether we face Boston or Cleveland, I'm 100% confident we can win because we beat both teams on the road.

Interesting news re: the Cavs:

Knee Could Keep Szczerbiak Out 3 Weeks

Cavaliers forward Wally Szczerbiak could miss three weeks of action due to a sprained left knee.

Szczerbiak sprained the knee during Tuesday night's win over the Magic, and he underwent an MRI exam that revealed a sprained medial colateral ligament.

This is my favorite thread in Lakertalk right now.

Too much negativity and fans waving the white flag off one loss.
Understandable since it is only the 14th time in 67 games but not reasonable.

Yeah we got crushed last night but we need to move on.

We still got a HUGE shot for HCA!!!

I see Cleveland getting caught slippin in a few of their upcoming games as well

sasha pavlovic is playing well also

this just means 1 less assist per game for lebron but probably means 6 more points
