Anyone following the iPhone 3.0 software updates? Thus far, a few new additions...

Push Notifications for apps are finally ready
Turn by turn directions
Peer-to-peer
Few others things...

ESPN has a cool new app with alerts (w/ ESPN theme) that updates you with your team news and scores. Also has a video player.

Still waiting for copy/paste...

No live video feed of the media conference, but you can follow it on Gizmodo.

They finally added MMS to iPhones.

Cool!

Well, for those who hadn't jailbroken their iPhones the new additions to 3.0 are great. I'm not too thrilled with the xGPS turn-by-turn as it gets jumbled and so, that would be the only thing that I have that would be improved with the update.

i really want to get one of those things... but since i just renewed my cell plan it's only going to be possible in two years.. i wonder what kind of technology apple will have around by then?

We won't need cellphones because we'll have chips implemented into our brains to talk to each other through thoughts, haha. Finally, an update, cut/copy/paste, ayeyaiyai. It took forever.
