Freakin dwayne wade, my second favorite player just went crazy today against the jazz. he scored 50 points, 10 boards, 9 assists, 4 steals, 2 blocked shots, legitimate MVP?

If you are going to use stats ALONE to determine the MVP... well, we all know how that went.

Wade and co. should win EVERY game left to make a case for MVP land...

Jazz was 2-12 on the Road Vs. Playoff teams to begin this game, I wouldn't call that HOT.

Their win Streak was mostly at home, and the road wins was vs. weak teams. Not trying to make this look like an easy win but this looks like the same Jazz team from last year, great at home, weak on the road.

Well it's inaccurate to say no one considered Kob MVP. He still got votes. IIRC, in 05-06, he got the second most first place votes (although the overall total put him in 4th), and he came in third overall in 06-07.

Wade's playing great, but he doesn't fit the MVP model that's been established over the years. He's on pace to winning 43-45 games. That's not going to cut it.

chalmers has been my hero since the big "shot" this past summer

he is such a great rookie pg..shame that he doesn't even get mentioned (i still can't believe he wasn't in the rookie sophmore challenge..but then again neither was kevin love)..he plays better defense than half the league (slight exaggeration..but u get wat i mean)..he had huge steals near the end of the game, robbin d-will in a big game..thats really somethin for a rookie..but to do it twice and seal the win...SUPER MARIOOOOOOO!!!

If he leads his team to 50 wins and plays like he is playing he may sneak in there. They would have to go 14-3 the rest of the season and that is highly unlikely. you never know.
