Gotta hand it to Chelsea, defending Barcelona is hard enough but to do it down a man is flat out ridiculous. Sometimes the soccer gods are just with the opposing team and that was the case today with Chelsea (Missed Messi PK, Messi shot off the post, etc). Cech had a helluva game in goal and made many big time saves. You could tell how much Barca missed a player like Villa today. They had absolutely no attack out on that right wing and were pretty one sided on the field (middle to left).
That Torres goal was something that was bound to happen when you're pushing everyone forward. What's funny was that Torres got rewarded for being frustrated as that previous play he lost possession and kept running forward and decided to not get the ball back. The final result was Chelsea clearing the ball down field where the frustrated Torres was waiting.
Good luck to Chelsea in the finals, they are going to need not having four players including Terry, Ramires, and Mikel.

In defense of Sanchez, since Villa went out, Barca has been playing more of a switch 4-3-2-1. Either way Cuenca is too young and Fabregas just played so soft today. Hate to say it but they might have been better off with Thiago today.
Further, Valdes deserves some blame here too on the first goal.. he should have remained stationary and made the other guy make the tough goal, if he makes it he makes it, so be it.
With all that said, Barca still dominated the ball, even when Terry was in. I do give credit where credit is due, but honestly I don't think Chelsea won it as much as Barca just lost it. Cech did nothing to stop that Messi PK; Messi just missed IMO. And omg I can't count the number of times Iniesta set up guys that needed to make the extra pass to the middle, but instead they just dragged it to the outside.
If Chelsea plays like that against Madrid (if they make it), they will get stomped. Madrid has wingers that can finish like no other. Counter attack sharks they are; final will be interesting!
Here's to a good game tomorrow between Bayern and Madrid!
