naw man I don't think he's ready.

we have a serious hole at the 3 spot. Ariza is good bench player and doesn't fit with the starters. Luke sucks and we don't have any other options

The bench needs Walton to facilitate. Do something.

I mean 99% of the time Morrison will play better than Luke as a starter

Morrison is more of a reliable Shooter and has some good face up Game while Kobe can be the play maker

Tonight Luke had 25 minutes 2 points on four shots and no rebounds. Luke shouldn't be starting. It is debateable if he should be playing, but not if he should be starting. Some insist Adam isn't very athletic, well neither is Luke

He's slow, he's a worse matchup thank Luke @ SF. And Luke's been a fair defender VS the athletic wings, Morrisson doesn't have the foot speed or body to keep up with em. Offense wise he'd be a nice change of pace.

and neither does Luke have the footspeed. If Morrison can't produce more than 2 points and no rebounds in 25 minutes then they should have kept Radman. Morrison is better than Radman or Walton if Phil would just give him a chance. He is slow, but no one is more unathletic than Luke. Give Morrison 25 minutes and see what he can do. it will be more than Luke does.

Yes

Morrison will make Luke look like Scottie Pippen on defense.

Morrison should be getting more PT in spurts. He's not starter material at this point in his career.

Morrison was second team All NBA rookie when he came into league. Luke should only be second team for Lakers and maybe third team. The guy has had a million chances under Phil and he is awful

Luke sucks, but it doesn't mean Morrison is a better option. Morrison won second team because he got the green light to chuck up whatever. He's a good scorer, but an awful defender. More minutes? Yes. Starting? No.

Why not, though? We have nobody to start that knows how to defend at the three, anyways (Ariza is playing like garbage now).

We might as well win games with our offense, like we've done since the Kobe/Shaq era, and put a shooter on the floor and see how many open shots he hits.

Wait, this is a serious question? Listen, I know Luke is not the greatest small forward in the league, but benching him for Morrison? Really? If you want to argue that Ariza should get the starting job, be my guest. But Morrison? You're better than that!
