because his defense was good as well. Not recently.

Well considering the whole "Team defense" concept has been pretty bad its gonna make it seem that way.

And yes he's a Slasher,
but doesn't mean he can't expand his horizons and add Shooting in his arsenal.

Anyways I'll take him missing these now, and then making the right plays come playoff time.

Yeah, I don't know why they do this. All of our guys are playing terrific basketball, shooting incredibly well, and playing stunning defense.

2 B2B losses should really provoke fans to get angry huh.

When it's because of the same mistakes we had in the NBA Finals and all of this season, yes.

He's a slasher and he should do what he's good at instead of just taking jump shots. How many times did you see him try to dunk the ball or drive in the last few weeks?

It's ok if he's open, but forcing 3's is not good for this team.

trevor has lost all confidence in his jumper, he is afraid of making the 3 and it's also afraid of attacking the basket.

the bench is playing awful, pick a guy and he is having a horrible game(as of late) it's not one guy...i do think, jordan is messing up the chemistry, he and phil got into an argument today..and it will continue because jordan is a hard head.

LA needs to address the PG and backup center positions this offseason regardless of if they win the overall title or get knocked out in first round. I don't think Farmar is the eventual replacement to Fisher and they won't have Fisher more than another 1-3 years probably. At backup center, LA needs a capable replacement for Drew especially if Lamar walks. I wish they could find a way to get ZaZa Pachulia as a backup center. At PG, I hope they get one who can play some D as well and can shoot. Anthony Parker of Toronto is one who would fit the triangle in my opinion. He and Pachulia will be cheaper options who might be in LA's price range.

The PG issue is just sad. And yes we truly do need a back up center whenever we play physical big men.

Comeback of the year.

Players get criticized when they screw up. Well, that's what they do, and what they did today. You're going to have to live with that, you know.

he is just thinking too much right now instead of catching and driving...hesitating way too much and letting the defense become aware of his next move.

not worried about ariza

nah hes playing ok, hes the only one that played great from the bench during th suns game, he is not a shooter but he gets open 3s and he knocks them down, and i have a feeling sasha is coming back to the machine cuz he was 2/4 which is not bad.

Kind of ticks me off for some reason that Jordan and Phil even got into it. I don't think Jordan's done enough for this team to even step to Phil and though he does contribute I still don't think he's done enough and still has much to prove before letting the leak get out that he's had a few choice words for our hall of famer coach. On the other hand, I blame Phil for not setting the "low threshold for bull" tone in his locker room.

I don't care who the player is. No player should ever say anything about the coach. I don't care if your Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant. You dont say anything about a coach.

P layers are humans, they criticize their coaches, just like we criticize our Employers, Teachers and Parents. he didn go B-Cook and throw his warmups on the guy and then have a shouting match. Its okay to have some moxie
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers
