:o :P

A horrible shooting effort tonight for us," said Kobe Bryant, who had 29 points on 10-for-31 shooting. "Blame Sun."

Rookie Sun Yue apparently got lost when sent out by some players to fetch several bags of fast food after the Lakers' 132-106 victory over Phoenix.

The team waited on the charter plane at LAX until Sun finally returned and didn't arrive at the team hotel in Denver until 4 a.m. Friday.

"Sun took too long getting our In-N-Out Burgers last night after the game," Bryant said, adding a dose of humor to an otherwise humorless night. "I don't know where . . . he went. He could have went to the one in Compton for all I know."

But Chris "the Birdman" Andersen was a force on defense, blocking seven shots and taking 12 rebounds.

I didn't get to watch the game but this caught my eye. :nervous:

Haha, that is great. I love how Kobe can find humor in losing.

IN and OUt the night right after a big game and before a flight? That is not what I call taking care of your body before a back to back. Sun should have gone to get chinese food instead or some sushi. :dance1:

It's not like Chinese food will be more healthier or anything. Besides In-N-Out is so good especially after a good game against Phoenix.

I love IN and Out myself but this was on a back to back. Plus playing in Denver is never easy with the altitude.

I guess but I doubt In-N-Out would affect their performance that much. Unless they ate way too much or got food poisoning.

i actually agree with ab4sure, eating in and out late at night and i imagine they ate more than just one burger. it's heavy for the body.

Just letting ya'll know... if you ever get some random Asian guy ordering 24 burgers, fries, and drinks in Los Angeles... you might be making the burgers for the Los Angeles Lakers... imagine that!

Ill will :vomit: it was after a game and they were on a plane  I said eating in and out is not taking care of your body even though you would like to consider it health food.

hahaha this is great.

I don't think it's a good idea to send Sun out to get you some fast food though.

Why would you send someone who doesn't drive to go buy food at night?
