Got this from LG.net:

About five years ago, I wrote an article for lakerstalk about the Triangle Offense. I used my old computer today and I noticed that file just sitting there. So I thought I might as well share it again and to help people understand it.

It's a pdf file. 67 pages with 131 diagrams. I can say with confidence that no one else has ever written about the triangle in so much detail, not even Tex Winter in his books. So what you will read describes pretty much every option in the system.

Here's the link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/bm7rtw (you will first see some ad, but you can skip it)

UPDATED LINK with page numbers.

I thought a lot of you would be interested in this. He gets very in depth with it; pretty cool.

This goes to show how damn smart Pau is. Able to pick up and learn this so quickly.

Does it need an update? I'm not familliar though, or that's it to all of it?

It's kinda crazy for a lakers player to have that many diagrams in his mind....
