Let's say you had the power to switch Kobe Bryant for another player straight up, the new player just comes to this team and enters the rotation while the rest of the team stays the same. Would there be someone you would be willing to trade for? Or would there be a few players? Lebron? Wade? CP3? McGrady (lolz)? Or do you think Kobe is the best possible player with the team we got here?

Doesn't even have to be at his position, if you think getting Duncan would be somehow best for the team (we'd have a weird lineup of like Fish/Sasha/Odom/Duncan/Gasol right now lol) then so be it.

If we weren't in a position to win maybe I'd consider Lebron, since he's younger. But with our current situation I wouldn't change Kobe for anyone. He gives us the best option to win now, and it is a big one. In the end, winning Championships is what this is about.

Nobody , Kobe is one of a kind.

But if we had no choice, Lebron,D-Wade, or Dwight Howard.

Mayo or Durant

I clicked quote when I saw "Mayo" and was gonna say I'd rather have Durant over Mayo right now. But I see your edit now

ONLY if kobe demanded a trade would i ever even consider it but Lerbon would be the only fit. the only person in the NBA i feel worthy of being traded for kobe bryant. he's a the only person i feel will one day be as good, and some say, but not me.... better. i would take durant as 2nd choice though he is a prolific scorer

dont know why any lakers fan would wanna think of trading kobe

I'd have to go with LeBron. Maybe Kevin Durant.

If it was a matter of HAVING to choose somebody to trade him for, it'd be either LeBron or Wade.

I wouldn't want anyone for Kobe this season. Kobe fits perfectly with the current personnel we have right now. I'd trade him for LeBron when LBJ develops some semblance of the killer mentality Kobe has, maybe next year or the next. Same with Durant, sometime in the near future but not now.

OJ Mayo, Rudy Gay, Marc Gasol for Kobe Bryant.

In 2012.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

As much as I hate this question, if I had to switch Kobe for one player, it would be...Lebron.

as great as lebron wade and all those guys are

cp3 would be probably the best replacement..especially when you got such versatile big men and a quick team
