But I will tell you this: Kobe’s all over this tournament. When I was over there on Sunday to see Spain and Greece, a spy who was down near the court said the only American player who came by the arena to scout was Kobe, who stayed for about a half before heading out.

A Chinese fan on some board said that right after the game vs Angola, Kobe also stayed to watch the next game (irrc it's Argentina), about 3 quaters. Quite a scouting. James, who never saw these teames play after the defeat, said Kobe would share what he saw with Team USA. That's good for the team.

Kobe loves Basketball. He probably watches every minute of every game that he can possibly watch. Every different game, he learns something about his opponents as well as Basketball in general.

Bryant's competitive and obssessive attitude is why he is currently THE best player in The League. He's not a one hit wonder like THAT GUY who proclaimed himself as the best when he's not even the best in his position. Bryant has always scouted teams and players he has to go up against. His preparation is unparalleled. While teammates are chilling or having Krispy Kremes, Bryant is reviewing DVDs and tapes of upcoming opponents. This is hardly suprising at all...
Five guys on the court working together can achieve more than five talented individuals who come and go as individuals.

Yeah like in today's game. :)

I wonder if Kobe scouted Pau and the Spanish team further during their play vs Germany? Or maybe is to scout Dirk, wait nevermind, Spain next.
