Cavs, Bucks, And OKC Complete Trade

Cavs get : Mo Williams

Bucks get : Damon Jones, Luke Ridnour, Adrian Griffin

OKC gets : Desmond Mason, Joe Smith

The Cleveland Cavaliers have acquired guard Mo Williams from the Milwaukee Bucks, Cavaliers General Manager Danny Ferry announced today. In exchange, the Cavaliers sent guard Damon Jones to the Milwaukee Bucks and forward/center Joe Smith to Oklahoma City. The additional components of the three-team trade included Milwaukee acquiring guard/forward Adrian Griffin and guard Luke Ridnour from Oklahoma City and Oklahoma City acquiring forward Desmond Mason from Milwaukee.

That'll help them out greatly, but I don't think it'll get them to the Finals this upcoming season...

This trade definitely helps the Cavs compete upon the best in the East. I think Mo can play 2 guard too.

I think the bucks gave up too much in this trade though.

I don't understand this trade from the Bucks perspective. They shed salary, sure, but then why trade for RJ in the first place if you were going to giveaway one of your stars.

Mo + Redd + RJ + Charlie V + Bogut could've made noise in the East. How does Luke Ridnour put them over the top, unless they think Sessions is going to be a stud (which is possible)

this trade makes no difference at all, they are the same, only difference is that they have 3 players less
