SALT LAKE CITY (AP)—Utah Jazz owner Larry H. Miller has died from complications of type 2 diabetes at age 64.

Miller was at home with his family when he passed away, team officials said in a statement Friday.

Miller had his legs amputated 6 inches below the knee in January and suffered a heart attack last summer. He was hospitalized for nearly two months.

For some reason as soon as ESPN showed his picture on the screen, I knew he had passed. It was just a strange feeling once I saw him up on the screen. The way things have gone for him for these past couple of years, you just knew his life was hanging from a thread.

Rest In Peace.

When he's asked why Kobe doesn't tweet, @thugraider37 said he offers this reply: "Does God tweet?"

He was the man kind enough to release Fisher from his contract when he needed to leave for his daughter.

Very sad news.

I read that we gave him a moment of silence before our game today, any other teams did that?
