Javaris Crittenton isn't ready to be a point guard in the NBA. He needs to develop his playmaking, he over dribbles, he doesn't know how to control the speed of the game and didn't do this well in college either, and he hasn't adjusted to defensing NBA caliber talent.
In a few years, Javaris could end up being a stud. He's big, strong, and athletic. However, he hasn't put it together yet.
We are better off pursuing proven veterans for our coming championship runs. We are already developing one PG in Farmar and it doesn't make sense to take on another baby sitting duty when we were two wins away from being crowned NBA champions.
