All Mac owners are always like yeahhhhh mac ownzzzz pc, when they don't even compare the pc's that are in the same price range as a Mac.
I just settled for a m11x, as I will barely do any gaming, just normal everyday usage

my desktop is fast as [expletive], but that laptop would kill it in a lot of areas.....
another thing i like about PCs...i've built this computer a few years back, and have since added ram, upgraded the videocard twice, got a new sound card, wireless card, another monitor, new new hdds, an ssd, burner, etc...to keep up w/ the times...do any of those macs run nba 2k11, call of duty: black ops, or or the new need for speed hot pursuit in 1080p? thats actually a serious question, i really don't know much of anything about macs other than that expensive, easier to use...and great for media

Okay, serious question here. For everyone who does any serious gaming on any OS, do you guys have game consoles, and if you do, do you like gaming better on a computer or a console? Because I have a PS3, and I am a serious gamer on that, but I don't see myself going out of my way to buy a game for PC rather than for PS3. I can only see myself playing some sort of MMORPG, if I was bored enough.
I play everything on my PS3 that is available on there, for me PC is more for Starcraft etc.

i also play ps3 more than pc games. only pc games i am playing are like Sc2 and D3 (diablo 3 when it comes out) since they are pc exclusive. but for black ops and etc i would rather play it on ps3 since i have more friends that are console gamers than pc gamers

i don't own any systems, but they're all available at my house through housemates. the only games i would rather play for PC than on ps3 or 360 are games that are fun w/ out multiplayer. anything multi-player is better on the console. graphically, my PC can do a little more than a PS3 or a 360, and i can get the games for free (shhhhhhhh) so thats my motivation there. also, since i don't own any of the systems in my house so i don't necessarily want to buy games for them

when i build my computer, i will probably do the same thing you are doing. but the downside is that sometimes Multi-player doesn't work or you have to join a private server which is not as fun as the official ones.

Next time you get the blue screen of death write down the stop code and google it. It could be anything from incompatible driver to hardware failure.Just dl'ed and installed a prog called Advanced SystemCare because my comp's been crashing really often lately and i've got the Blue Screen of Death like a dozen times today. So, I ran a scan with this prog and it found over 8k of spyware (i haven't scanned with SpyBot in a while, so not that surprising, lol). It also found over 9k of fragmented files, repairing them now.. [expletive] takes forever to complete.
Hopefully I'll get everything fine with this piece of crap comp and hold on til the summer when i'm planning to get a new one.
