Is like in Olympic Games, there were two Lakers playing in the Olympic Games but for people Pau didn´t exist, it was only Kobe.

Now is being the same. Come on, why Shaquille is being more important than Pau? He isn´t a Laker anymore, and is very easier to see Kobe and Shaquille together again in another All-Star games than see Pau again, because he´s so underrated he has very difficult to go to All-Star again.

I call to Lakers fans, to not ignore Pau in the All-Star game, and to remember there are two Lakers playing the game, not only Kobe.

Well Shaq-Kobe was a very big success so I understand all the hype.
And I'm 100% certain all the Laker fans are very happy that Pau is an all-star.

Uhh this is the first time Shaq and Kobe will play side-by-side since their bitter breakup in '04. Whether you're a Laker fan or not, if you respect the game, you know how cool this is to see arguably the best big-little man combo to ever play the game stepping on that court as teammates again. And Pau is underrated? He's an all-star. What more can you want? Give him a parade or something? There's no real story when it comes to Pau's all-star berth. Pau played great so far this season, and was rewarded with a spot on the team. There's really nothing more to it than that.

And as for Pau in the Olympics, most of us here are from the US, so it makes sense that the majority would be in support of our country's team and their players. When it comes to the Olympics and other International tourneys, my support is for Team USA. If it's NBA, then it's Lakers.

About the olympics...
Each country supports it's national team... If the US didn't go to the finals and Spain did, I am sure the people would support Pau, but I don't think Pau didn't exist...

What gave you the idea that we dun care about our spaniard? The fact that there was a more turbulent time for Shaq and Kobe.

Btw, I'm SURE Phil will put Shaq and Pau at the 5 and 4 respectively WITH Kobe. No.Doubt.About.It.

Might as well add Kobe into the mix..."Extra rest for my players so they can reach the practice facility by 1pm tomorrow."

Because we have many one-player fans
Gooden>> Lamar Odom. Mo Williams>> Ray Allen>> Gasol. Nene= Gasol.

Huh? Who said we don't care about Pau making the all star team? Who said Shaq is more important to us than Gasol?

You need to understand that Shaq won us 3 championships and this is the first time Phil, Kobe, and Shaq are going to be on the same team, since the breakup.

well, I love Pau and certainly care about him as a Laker and an all star..
but the spotlight has to be on the aforementioned three because it's just great FUN to talk about those three. AS weekend is about fun. i'm sure people appreciate Pau.

We love Pau. and all of us were hoping he made the all star team when voting was taking place.

But Laker fans, not Pau fans, are really excited about Shaq, Kobe, and Phil together on the same side again. We accomplished a lot when those three were together.

I'm excited for the Phil-Kobe-Shaq reunion AND for Pau making it. He's getting props, but I feel Pau continues to be underrated. So much talent, so versatile, great skill set.

I REALLY hope for at least one stretch Phil plays Kobe, Shaq and Pau on the floor at the same time. Just to put the idea into Shaq's head. You know how the Zen Master works.

Kobe+Shaq=3 rings
Kobe+Pau=0

It brings back memories, miss the old tandem. I haven't forgotten Gasol, even in the Olympics, then again I'm from the US so shouldn't I be rooting for the Us not Spain?

I'd plow Vanessa Bryant.

It's just an all-star game, to be honest. I'm hyped for the second half of the season.
