Okay, we are 42-10 at going to the All-Star break. Boston Celtics were 66-16 heading to the playoffs last season. It's obvious that the Laker team can make it happen (even without Drew's presence).

Well, just check our schedule http://www.nba.com/lakers/schedule/ and post your opinion on what are going to be our thoughest matchups in the second half of the season.

41-9 isn't better than 42-10.

 Who cares if we beat their record from last year? What will this prove? That our team this year can beat their team from last year? Is this something to gloat about? Getting a better record than them this year is important, for HCA reasons. Getting a better record than what they had last year doesn't matter at all.

The back to back with Pheonix and Denver to end this month will be tough.

March 9th - 12th roadtrip at Portland, Houston, and San Antonio

March 26th & 27th, back to back at Detroit and New Jersey

April 9th and 10th, back to back with Denver and Portland

And let's not forget out 7 game spring road trip

25-5 could be done as long as there is no more injuries.

With the exception of that horrendous 2007 season, the Lakers always seem to play well during the second half of the season, particularly spring.

If we don't get anymore season impact injuries we have nothing to worry about.

Even without Bynum this team is better than last year's.

Yes it is since a win is more likely then a loss for a great team, lmao at you.

"more likely" doesn't count as a win.

Base is right, the Celtics record last year IS BETTER, percentage-wise, also, you're stating 50 VS 52 games, yet we are 42 - 10, which means we ALREADY have ONE more loss than they did last year at this time

why count it heading to all-star break, do 52 vs 52

boston: 41-11
Lakers: 42:10

that's through 52 games, after the all-star break last year, boston went on a 3 game losing streak.

As long as they finish with the best record and home court throughout, I'm happy.
