Lakers are going to play even better in the second half of the season.

I can see them going 25-5....

Hopefully we stay relatively healthy, and get Drew back for the playoffs.

we could go .500 the rest of the way and we would tie last seasons record.

how far are we from clinching a berth

Magic Number to clinch 1st seed is 18. (Meaning, a combination of Lakers wins and Spurs' losses equaling 18 give them the first spot)

Magic number to clinch a playoff birth in the west is 24 (Meaning, a combination of Lakers wins and Utahs' losses equaling 24 give them the first spot)

Again, this is based off of if SAS and Utah wins out for the rest of the season.

Magic number = 83 - (Number of wins of team leading + Number of losses of next best team)

I'd say they can go 25-5 or 24-6 the rest of the way. Prove us wrong for the better of that deal.

good job by the lakers, i want to see >60 wins this year.

i'm happy with the way the lakers played coming into the break despite the loss. i'll take that L in utah as long as we get to keep those Ws in cleveland and boston

i want 70 wins

28-2 the rest of the way

unlikely since we can't ever seem to sustain winning streaks
