I want the Phoenix Suns.

I don't want the jazz coz yeah they're tough and is gonna be hard to deal with.

Against Phoenix, we'll get a shot at revenge.

Remember 3 years ago when they erased a 3-1 deficit to crush us in the seventh game?

Then completely demoralized us in five easy games the very next season.

The Mavz are going to be a good foe, but it's better to take on someone whom you have a history with.

Then I'd like to smash the Hornets w/ James Posey in the semis.

In the West Finals, I must admit I was also a Nugget fan. A part of me bleeds powder blue. :)

I want the Nuggets and Lakers to clash in West Finals! Haha!

The Spurs are a worthy foe but I'd rather take on Denver.

I'd like Dallas, just to shut Mark Cuban up for a while after we sweep them.

I'd like Dallas due to Mark Cuban's big mouth, that Phoenix team is non-existent except for the likes of Barbosa and Nash and their on the brink of disaster

Doesn't matter.

I can guarantee that we won't have a first round matchup of Lakers Vs. Spurs and Lakers Vs. Nuggets.

We have matched up with Portland well and I think we could sweep in 4 games if we played them.
Dallas, we would win in 5. Just book it if it happens.
I think Houston would be the toughest matchup of all the teams that may match up with the Lakers, would be a fun series.
New Orleans, we would beat them in 5.
Utah, We would beat them in 5
Phoenix, Sweep them, they are as dysfunctional as everyones family.

So I want Houston.

dont matter...theres no one who could golden state us. Most of the fans here dont remember the real reaason Dallas lost in the first round to the Warriors. It wasnt dirk being soft or lack of defense. It was Nellie vs. Avery, and all the things encompassed within that storyline
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

Houston won't make it to the second round as long as they have T-Mac.

I really don't care. Give me any team. I suppose I'd get more of a personal satisfaction beating Phoenix, but in the grand scheme of things, who cares as long as we get to the Finals?

I'd like to see Phoenix, but they may not even make the playoffs...

I wouldn't discount Portland, they played us tough in the game this year when they were missing Brandon Roy...

I really don't care as long as the Lakers make it to the Finals and play (hopefully) Boston for some revenge...

I would rather play Phoenix than Utah.
