I knew this would have its own thread after the loss....

I can't exactly call it the juggling balls dance. I call it the "Maaaaahhhbles" dance.(from Major League)

It's the fumble the one point lead away at the end and leave Okur wide open for a three dance.

this loss isn't about the dance...though when he did it my first thought was, hmm, last time he did that we lost...either way

IT NEVER FAILS, i swear every close game we lose, and even some of the ones we win...the first or second most important guy not to leave open for 3 is somehow wide the hell open. it stings every time ever since tim thomas

I'm not sure why Kobe does it with so much time left on the clock, anyway. It makes him look stupid as hell when his team loses. Talk about a premature celebration. Do it when you KNOW the game is over.

It had to have made every Laker fan angry when you saw Memo Okur do the same dance after his 3, and his team won...

Haha nah, Memo did a testicle-less version.

I KNEW the moment he started to do the balls-dance, that we'd lose this game by a close margin... THANKS KOB'.

Oh c'mon is he guilty or something ? Most of you are just nitpicking... Yes we lost, yes we sucked on defense, but no one is perfect. 8 games in 13 days, most of them on the road playing back-to-back games vs one of the best home team out there..... I'm actually proud the Lakers didn't gave up after trailing by 8 and not making shots...

This is supposed to be semi-sarcastic. If you can't pick that up then that's not our problem. Of course Kobe's ball jugglin' has nothing to do with the outcome of the game... it's just fun to pretend that's what did us in. So relax, and have a few laughs.

I'd rather have him dance than chuck over 30 FGA's. Unacceptable.

its not the 33 shots its the 7 3 pointers i have issues with

go into the paint it obviously works i understand he wants to conserve energy for the playoffs and to extend his career but if you are going to take 33 shots 31 of them better be 18 feet and in if not closer

and for god sakes post up more you are the most effective post up guard in the NBA since MJ don't just use it a handful of times a game

sometimes i think kobe forgets how good he is at scoring in several ways and resorts to chucking 3's and long range 2's

phil needs to pull him aside and say only post ups and mid rangers for you

KOBE ran out of lgs, that was not a typical back-toback, it was after going on th road for 6, then that loosey-goosey(where did that come from) first game back home from a road trip, immediatelt to UTAH who you beat in the playoffs. Those fans werent happy and it was a HUGE game to them. It really shows me truly yhow good this team is
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

Besides Kobe, a lot of other players have done that "dance" and have gotten screwed at the end.

Us not playing defense makes us look like idiots.

Gasol not covering Mehmet makes us look like idiots.

Kobe chucking over 30 shots makes us look like idiots.

Fisher getting burned by every decent PG he plays makes us look like idiots.

No, I'm not really worried about a dance.

True dat

I was thinking the same thing . Kobe has done this dance twice after hitting a clutch potential game winning shot and we lost both games. Its funny when i saw him do this dance when he hit the shot against the jazz my reaction was like we are going to lose the game lol and we had the lead. juggling ball dance=JINX

Oh NO wait.....KOBE"S SHOES ARE BAD LUCK. He wore the BLACK & WHITE colorways against the JAZZ and we lost. Should he stop wearing those? The season depends on what color shoes Kobe wears...........hahahahahaha

[expletive]!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :omg: :omg: :omg: :omg: :omg:
