Its like itunes, but better, its simpler to manage your music, videos, and everything.
With the battery life, im pleased with it. Ive never been frustrated with its battery.
Nice and thanks for the reply.
My friend's Zune plays videos in good quality as well.

Are there any new Zune models in the works? Might get one in a couple years.
You're the technology expert.

Hype, the software that the Zune uses is pretty much the same as iTunes, if I remember correctly, it converted all of my songs to WAV. Its pretty nice.

So, say if I download music from iTunes, will it work on a Zune?
I've heard that Apple have fixed things so you cannot play it on another player.

Best way is to NOT download from iTunes. I've never downloaded anything from iTunes except podcasts (which I love!!), paying sucks, and plus there isn't a wide enough selection. Although for the occasional single song it's good.
Paying sucks yes, but do you know any good "free" websites?
I know hardly any of the money gets to them, but when it's a band I really like, I want to pay for it.

I'll sell you my iPod video for $125. It has dead pixels but works just fine.

I also reckon I could sell my iPod for at least £40. At the moment, there is a completely bust iPod going on Ebay for £30. Mine works perfectly if you have a radio adapter.
