Bobcats send Morrison to Lakers for Radmanovic

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP)—The Charlotte Bobcats sent struggling forward Adam Morrison and reserve Shannon Brown to the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday for forward Vladimir Radmanovic.

The move is the third trade the Bobcats have made this season in a roster shakeup under first-year coach Larry Brown.

The move is the third trade the Bobcats have made this season in a roster shakeup under first-year coach Larry Brown.

Morrison was the third overall pick of the 2006 draft and managing partner Michael Jordan’s first major move since buying into the Bobcats. But Morrison had failed to crack the starting lineup and his minutes had declined under Brown.

Morrison will give the Lakers an outside shooting threat, while the 6-foot-10 Radmanovic gives the Bobcats more depth up front.

lateral move except for the fact we got rid of a nuclear contract

why do i doubt this deal

what about this seems false

maybe where does adam fit

unless phil thinks hes a great triangle fit but still i call fake till further notice

well i have no clue what to say to this

i mean its not an amazing move nor is it a terrible move

its lateral

except we got rid of a nuclear contract

am i the only one whose going to slightly miss vlad

Im not understanding this unless we may move Adam Morrison for another piece.

Confused beyond belief right now. Im not upset about losing Vlad because I was suspecting he was becoming a problem behind the scenes with all the stuff with him and Phil.

i think thats what the deal was done for

i thought deals couldn't happen on saturdays

i don't think we move him i think hes a young player who got rid of our cap issues with vlad

he had 13 points against boston that must be the reason for the trade

Not bad, not like we used Vlad. Morrison has potential if you help him like we did Ariza. Brown has nice energy and can score. Not bad at all.
