I think a better question would be, "Who doesn't lip sync and play air guitar?" Or at least, some kind of air instrument.

Yes I definitely opt for the air drumming when I listen to music. I would love to play drums, and I wanted to learn ever since I was a kid, but my mom opted to let my sister learn piano instead. 
Funny that about 6 years later I still have an interest in playing drums and my sister hasn't touched her piano in 3 1/2 years.
