Guys I'm working on an Official TLN Yahoo Basketball League. once everything like team size and categories are figured out, i'll be announcing it in this thread.

it should all be figured out within the next week

if you want to give input about that kind of stuff, feel free to do it on this thread, or to PM me too. ( i think i even have my gmail listed if you're really hardcore about contacting me hahaha)

I don't think mangers vote on trades is needed since we all know each other and are not likely to do lopsided trades. I also dont know about autodraft, I think drafting is very important strategy-wise.

I'm in... as long as it's roto, and the draft is within a few weeks of the start of the season. the closer to the start of the season the better. nothing worse than drafting someone who goes down in camp.

Oh yeah. I've had problems with manager vote trades in a baseball league a few years ago. not fun when competitors can prevent good teams from getting better. Imagine all of the gm's that would have voted against the Pau trade.

And, autopick kind of sucks. I like having a live draft so i can map out my positions in real time. As long as we can set a date ahead of time that we all agree on, there shouldn't be any problems live.

I've never done roto and plan on starting a Head-to-Head league once the registration opens. I only have a handful of friends who do fantasy bball, so I'll post the info in here in case anyone wants to join.

Not trying to compete with the official league, I just know we'll be needing teams.

its not a sim league, its a fantasy league based on real life performances of the NBA players, and the earliest we could start would be September (as in drafting and pre-season trades and what not) the season doesn't start to October 30th or whenever the NBA starts) and runs to the end of the season.
