kobe is going out of his way to make sure andrew is taken care of....

Bynum was unavailable for interviews with reporters, though Bryant said he would dine with the 21-year-old at a restaurant later Sunday night, an indication that Bynum wasn't gloomily sitting around a hotel room as he awaited his near future.

"I'm making sure he has special accommodations to get there with us and watch the [Super Bowl] with us," said Bryant, who arranged for private transportation for Bynum.

You could tell as soon as it happened that Kobe was crushed. It was strange seeing him like that b/c it almost never happens.

Thanks to this thread and the members for kinda answering my question during my 'denial to look at lakers stuff except games' since CHA loss.

I was kinda shattered too seeing that injury happened...I immediately noticed Kobe's expression. Something is definitely not right. The way he got himself up, tells alot.

I think only Kobe/Laker fans will read that body language correctly, the rest will just, "Get up, best player in the world...you caused that injury to him!"

Edit: Rev's clip showed the sequence. http://lakernation.c...showtopic=11225
