Who are the new faces of our team? I can really see a Durant/Bynum combo dominating the league. There's something about Durant that is Laker-esque. I can see him as a Laker 6-7 years down the road.
Gooden>> Lamar Odom. Mo Williams>> Ray Allen>> Gasol. Nene= Gasol.

When Kobe/Gasol retire, the Lakers will have enough cap room to sign a big-time player to complement Bynum. I would love to see Kevin Durant with us, Durant/Bynum would be too much for the rest of the league to handle.

bynum with any elite perimeter player will be too much to handle

considering farmar will most likely be a laker for life and ariza

andrew bynum
draft pick
kevin durant
trevor ariza
jordan farmar

thats a hell of a long line-up

but thats abou 6 years away so lets wait

I would absolutely love Durant here. I've been a fan ever since I saw him play in a exhibition game with Team USA back in '07. That would be just awesome if Kobe's retirement coincided with Durant's free agency.
