Great question. Haha.

I wouldn't be surprised if he said he did. He definitely acts like someone who does.

the fact that he is such a high profile person is probably the ONLY thing that makes me think he's not a huge stoner...but i'm sure he has a circle of people he knows he can trust, so i wouldn't put it past him...

he is in california afterall, the land of legal medical marijuana, and with the hip replacments and things he's had he could easily get a recommendation. he might even be doing it legally

maybe alittle payote from time to time. He is into the indian thing but a Mad stoner I don't think so. I am sure mad stoners would love a successful person to identify but you would have to hold onto Jerry Garcia. How is Jerry Garcia doing by the way?
"The way Steve is as a teammate, the way he sets the tone, the way the team kind of takes on his persona. As a coach, that's the best thing in the world. It's easy to coach. He's taking care of the chemistry. You just coach."

I'm sure Phil either did or still does. It's part of his meditative practices, no doubt.

For a guy to be so chilled and composed even after his team's 20 point lead is cut to 2 and not call a timeout, then I believe that he's into that sort of stuff :nervous:

In The Jordan Rules it said he smoked a cigarette after every game.

Of course weed is better so I wouldn't be surprised.

I read Sacred Hoops twice when I was in the 5th grade tho and if I remember correctly he said he did during his playing days with the Knicks.
