i don't get it how does this work..Philly is 9-6-1 but boys are 9-7 so how do they determine who moves on?

Thanks to losses by the Bears and Buccaneers earlier in the day, whichever team won the Eagles-Cowboys matchup was guaranteed the NFC's sixth seed in the playoffs.
