Well i downloaded the demo cuz a couple of years back i dont remember which game it was or year but i played some hockey game and had fun it was pretty cool.
should i buy 09 i downloaded the demo and thought it was fun as heck lol the fighting was tight my brother one hitter quittered me sick

Playing hockey games are pretty fun....watching Hockey on the other hand...eh.

lol yeah im not a fan of the nhl but i guess just of the video games lol ive always liked the penguins for some reason and the ducks just cuz their from anehiem but anyway

Didn't '09 do surprisingly well? Maybe I heard wrong or something. If you feel like you'll be playing it for a while and will actually enjoy along with some friends and family, then get it.

hockey games are fast. thats why there fun. problem with watching hockey on tv is you cant see things fast enough. Ya neva know where the puck is and theres to many ICEING penalties....whatever iceing is? But its cool when they check peeps into the glass wall.....lol

Kind of late to this thread, but me and my friends have long considered the 2k series of hockey games better then the EA brand of hockey.

yeah well either game isnt sold at wal mart..... wth man i swear walmart is gay sometimes

I'd buy either game from Amazon or ebay. You'll probably get it for around 15 shipped.
Of course you could always try GameStop. I'm sure you could find a really cheap used copy.
