I believe it had to be some sort of record, I don't have the number, but I'd love to research it. How many dunks did both teams have combined and was it an NBA record for one game? It had to be..

There were a ton of dunks from both teams that game. That game has to be up there somewhere. Hopefully someone can provide some official statistics.

Interesting. I believe the number is 50.

Also, "dunks" are kept officially now. I'm not sure where, or should I say when, the "50" number dates back to.

I am going to keep researching.

It was definitely a fun game to watch, record or no.

EDIT: I know DeAndre himself had 10 dunks- 10 of his 11 field goals were dunks and the other was an alley oop miss that he was trying to dunk, he tipped it in by accident trying to dunk it in.

I'm a DIE HARD Clippers fan, and proud. I respect the Lakers and watch them every chance I get.

Respect me and I'll respect you. Don't respect me... we'll cross that bridge when we get there :)

Yeah it was definitely a defenseless game on the weak side.

It is the most dunks in a game so far this season. My math says there were 26 dunks in that game. Stats here:

Still don't know what the all-time record is. I'll keep looking.

according to http://answers.yahoo...09174522AAAN0v9
some one claims it's 50 dunks in a game, but there's no links or proof. I'll keep looking.

I was wondering if DeAndre broke our franchise record for most dunks given up to one player.

10 dunks is one game is nuts.

And an embarrassing testament to the Lakers defense, or lack there of, that night.
