Lakers reserve guard Jordan Farmar might practice Friday or Saturday and could be available to play Sunday against San Antonio.

Farmar, who is averaging 7.9 points and 2.2 assists a game, has sat out 15 games because of torn cartilage in his left knee.

Sasha Vujacic suffered a sprained right ankle against Cleveland, but he practiced Tuesday and is expected to play tonight.

Hopefully he'll have some good practice on Friday or Saturday so he can be ready to go by the end of this week or early next week.

I just want him to be 100% healthy before he comes back. I don't want him to come back too soon if he's not healthy.

Yeah. Still though, if he does come back in decent form from his injury, we are so fortunate that he came back so soon. Fisher seriously needs his work load to lower ASAP.

Wow that's quick. I hope he's ready so he doesn't re-aggravate the injury. I'm always a bit more cautious with knee injuries.

I still feel iffy about him back so soon. If he comes back and instantly makes a big impact(positive), I wouldn't be surprised though. Athletes nowadays don't seem to surprise me as much as they used to.

How long was he out? Barely 5 weeks???

The very definition of "rushing it".

C'est la vie. If the physicians clear him, good...

If he can wait another week or so, that would be better...I'm really concerned. He doesn't want this to come back and bite him in the pa-tooty.
