I read that he got one of his teammates who was a 40% FT shooter and that he taught his teammate that technique. The next season that guy shot 80% from the line. There may be something to that technique ;)
Gooden>> Lamar Odom. Mo Williams>> Ray Allen>> Gasol. Nene= Gasol.

shaq should adopt it

if that guy shot even 60% + we would have about 5 championships we lost so many games because of his free throw shooting

then again we won alot because of his dominance

Lebron heard him.
7/17 mid range, 3/6 3pt, an insane 43% on jump shot.

Didn't they once have ill Sharman and Shaq wouldn't work with him. Bill Sharman former Celtic guard and Lakers coach

CAN someone Please fix the misspell feature for this Forum and not make LAKERS a misspelled word?

Rick Barry would be a good one on one coach like Kareem. He has a personality that would grate on teams.

Yeah his personality is definitely a deterrent, why do you think he hasn't been hired as a coach yet?

I get Barry's point, but he tends to be a tad koo-koo about things.

LeBron is still young - there's plenty of time.

Barry reached out to the Lakers and Shaq and offered his services. Shaq didn't want to do the "granny" free throw shot. Needless to say they declined his offer.

That's something like I was saying about Bill Sharman coming on boards, I never understood why great players don't try to improve their game. Do you all remember what Wooden told Alcindor?

They have to be motivated. Magic was motivated by Bird. Wooden told Alcindor "It's not You".... on why the ncaa outlawed the dunk.
