It really sucks but after what I heard after the game he said quote " It was the most painful injuries I've played with but I will play till the end"

Kobe Bryant= The most Talented, Toughest, And absolute best and he proved it against lebron with a torn pinky and a dislocated ring finger same hand too.

Looks like we'll be seeing more high-assists games from Kobe then. I mean he's been having a lot of them for the past few games so lets see how long this will continue.

i know he wont but he should

a weeks rest especially with the injuries giving him more minutes could be the difference between winning a game late in a playoff game or not

rest is important and he needs a lot of it

if phil tells him to he will otherwise no chance

Hopefully it isn't anything serious, but Kobe did say that it was extremely painful playing with. Luckily, we have a pretty easy schedule ahead of us which can probably give him and some of our starters some resting time if we totally dominate the sub par teams we're playing soon.

I was thinking the same about sitting him out. Theirs no chance of losing to the clips and the wizards too. Who would start instead of Kobe if he did sit out?

I doubt he would sit out but if he did it would probably be Sasha. Or maybe even better, Sun Yue. :dance1:

"He (Kobe) said he hadn't sustained this kind of injury before, and didn't believe he would miss any playing time."

X-rays show no broken finger for Bryant

Kobe Bryant did not break his finger in the first quarter of Monday’s game against Cleveland, X-rays showed.

Bryant, who was guarded by Sasha Pavlovic early on, dislocated his finger on his shooting hand in the opening two minutes, but trainer Gary Vitti popped it back into place. He continued playing without coming out of the game or showing any ill effects.

“It scared the (heck) out of me,” said Bryant.

“I thought I was done to be honest. It felt like I had two fingers on one. It was just disgusting.”

Phil Jackson initially thought Bryant wouldn’t be able to score, but he managed 20 points and dished out 12 assists.

“For a while, we thought he was just going to be a play-maker tonight, but the second half he started feeling like he could shoot it,” Jackson said.

Everybody knows he will adjust and start shooting the majority of his shots with his left.

There's no chance?

Then what's the point of suiting up and playing? What's the point of the word "upset" then?

Not saying they're gona lose against the Clips or the Wizards, but you can't be so sure because words like that might just come back to bite you in the as* lol.

:omg:

Oh, another thing, I wish the Clippers would play injured like Kobe does.

4 of our 5 starters (and 2 of our bench players) are injured.. Most of them started out as "day to day" and have been out for months now. I mean, what the hell. Let's kidnap Phoenix's training staff.
I'm a DIE HARD Clippers fan, and proud. I respect the Lakers and watch them every chance I get.

Respect me and I'll respect you. Don't respect me... we'll cross that bridge when we get there :)

For the record (once again), this is what you call "high pain threshold".

TO compare Kobe and anyone else on this team in that regard is foolish...
