I know you can hook up your IPOD video to PS3 and it will play the videos. My question is this. Can I transfer an ipod video file onto a memory stick and plug it into my PS3 and have it play? I don't have a video IPod, but I want to catch up with Supernatural Season 4 and it is only available on itunes. I don't want to watch it on my PC, I want to be able to watch it on my TV.

Not sure what codec ipod videos use.

But I know divx/xvid codecs work. I usually copy them to a usb stick and watch it on my PS3.

There are other formats that is also supported but I forgot what they are.
