Scoring - 2006
Defense - 2003
Passing - 2008
Rebounding - 2003
Clutch Play - 2002
Dunking - 1997 (well he did win the dunk contest )
Driving to the hole - 2003
3 point jumpshot - 2003
Jumpshot - 2006
Midrange J's - 2006
Using his off hand - 2004

I probably mixed up some of the years because it's harder for me to remember the farther back it was.

i agree with that list for the most part, i thought in 01 he would attack the basket relentlessly

Yeh it probably could be. Around 2000-2001 was like when I first started watching the Lakers and basketball in general so it always seemed like he would be driving in a lot.

I agree with the list other than the driving part.. Personally I thought Kobe's driving was at his best during the 3-peat, 00, 01.

I'd plow Vanessa Bryant.

Where's learning how to incorporate his talents with the team to make a better machine?

Or finding balance between taking over and sharing the ball?

Or leadership on and off the court in good and bad times all under control?

Those are some of the most valuable traits in a leader and he's peaking at all of those most important facets - right now.

Next year, after surgery! He's playing with half a shooting hand. It's gonna be like Tiger and his knee.

Its either 2002-2003 or 2005-2006. tought to decide. He had his best dunks in 03 though. Like the windmill over KG and dunk on sprewell.
Mike Breen: Walton can tip it. Bryant with the save.
Hubie Brown: Oh you gotta get a shot here
Mike Breen: Final Seconds.. Bryant for the win, BANG!
